Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blacklight Printing. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): [3–7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): [2–3 business days]

  • International Shipping: [7–21 business days]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Blacklight Printing is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Blacklight Printing is not liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@blacklightprinting.com and include photos of the damage.
